The client called to make an appointment and stated that her hair was going to be a color correction and a long process so she would need to come in on a day offWhen she came in we had a consultation and agreed that it would be a color
correction which is $an hourI went over that with her and the price is also posted on my stationShe agreed and said, "whatever it takes, I just want my hair to look better"This process took six hours and a half hours which would make the total $I wanted to give her a little break on her services because I knew she had already previously paid for her hair at another locationI verbalized that to her that instead of $it was only going to be $400, she agreed that was okayAt the end of her service she was very happy with her hair and she never showed any concern about the price when it was verbalizedI told her the price at the front desk and then the receptionist took care of the payment by VISA credit cardThe receptionist never saw any distress from the client with the price and saw that she didn't seem to have a problem with paying and she left happilyI am also sending an email with pictures of before and after of her hair, the price of color correction posted on my station, and also a copy of her receipt that showed when she left and that she signed to pay the $

The $per hour was not disclosed until half way through the fifth hourWhich is when the stylist said "I'm not sure if the receptionist told you or not but it's an additional$per hour when the color is on"Once again no where in the pricing list does it specify $per hour, as shown in the pricing picture that was sentIf in the initial consultation that was made known I would have walked out or asked to do part of the color correction and the rest later

I would never go back to a buisness that would not own up to their mistakesThe truth standsInto the fifth hour when the bleach was in my hair *** said "I don't know if the receptionist told you but we charge an additional$per hour...." The initial consultation there was no mention of that charge or on the lists prices anywhereIf that information was made known I would have not have gotten the service doneBeing new to the area and a future nursing student that would not have been within my meansSpeaking with other stylists from the area and other areas they are appalled as I am that a buisness would allow for a client to not be given the proper information and on top of that not own to their mistake and stand behind a lieI hope they improve on their buisness practice as far as explaining things to their clientsI really did my research and thought this was a reputable business but when one can't own up to their mistake and further lie I wouldn't want any other service from them
