I have attached a summons to appear in Small Claims Court in New York City on June**, As I have cooperated by answering the initial complaint and have been willing to work with the Revdex.com to resolve the issue, [redacted] has pursued a different course of action rather than letting the Revdex.com try to resolve the issue.As I cannot discuss the complaint of the rug, I do need to address the statement that I yelled at [redacted] Anybody that knows me, including current and former employees, can attest to the fact that I do not yellNot at my children, grandchildren, spouse employee nor clientI have been know to reprimand and dismiss employees for what I have considered an inappropriate tone of voice to a customer or an elevated tone of voice both with customers and coworkersI find it very disheartening that I would be accused of having raised my voice to [redacted] .Respectfully submitted,Brian KK***

The owner wrote the issue is "SHADING." It had been on uniform field color throughout before the cleaning. Shading is not the problem. The problem is dis-colorization due to their cleaning process. I have attached photos of the discolored rug.   To be clear, I replied the owner "left me no choice but to sue" after he yelled at me and said he would do nothing to remedy the situation. I prefer to settle this out of court if possible.I can not speak to their years of experience. However, accidents happen. When my rug was cleaned by whoever at Fabra Clean was working  on it, they must have accidentily used the wrong method. Their accident should not leave me with a damaged wrong and no recourse.Thank you for your assistance.
