No, I have not called credit card company yet..I was still holding out hope that I would receive the certificate ,and that they would have at least replied to me by this time...There has not been any attempt of them as of this moment to contact me;either by mail, email or phone....I am going
to the post office this morning-holding out hope that I will receive the certificate......If not, I will call credit card company today.Thank You.........***
