Reply to Revdex.com complaint on 7/22/16Patient: balance as of 7/26/is $136.152/5/2015-PATIENT SAID INSURANCE WAS THE SAME3/12/2015-INSURANCE PAYMENT CAME THRU DIFFERENT THAN PREVIOUSLY BILLED IN 2013.PATIENTS SPOUSE, CALLED IN ON HERS AND HIS ACCOUNTS VERYUPSET THAT INSURANCE IS ONLY COVERING AT
50%INSURANCE PLAN APPARENTLY IS DIFFERENT COVERAGE THAN PREVIOUSLY.NO REPLY FROM PATIENT FROM ANY OF THE STATEMENTS SENT2/28/2016-FIRST REPLY TO ANY BILLINGS FROM PATIENT AND IT WAS FROM AN E-MAIL SENT
I e-mailed ***on 2/19/(see attached e-mail) and sent a "FinalRequest For Payment" day noticeI never had a reply to any statements sent priorI received for theFIRST TIME an e-mail on 2/28/from ***replying to my request (see attached email reply) Ihave only received the one e-mail from ***In reply to the e-mail, I sent the 2/26/letter attachedI also explained the new insurance benefit inthe letter attached and that we were not aware of any insurance change until 3/13/after the firstpayment from insuranceWe have noted on the first visit on 2/5/that the patient stated there wasno insurance change- no new insurance.We then received our first payment on 3/10/of $10.00, and have received regular monthly paymentsof $sinceTotal paid to date is $leaving a balance of $136.15.First of all, I don't ever recall talking to ***I have spoken to her husband *** overthe telephone on 6/7/He explained the hardship case and all I asked was that they increase themonthly payment to $He asked very nicely to not send them to collectionsl said that he mustmake regular monthly payments and our policy is for account balance to be paid within daysHe saidthey cannot possibly do that and I accepted that if they increase their payment to $per month wewould accept that as a "hardship case"I also explained that his account balance is $58.08 and has nothad a payment from them towards it since he came in on 1/17/He said his wife had been makingmonthly payments of $I explained to him that she has addressed these payments to her accountonlyHe then decided to pay his balance with a credit card on 6/7/*** balance is paidin full.*** ***7/26/

Complaint: ***Once again Janet is lying and skewing the truth I'm not even going to get into all the inconsistencies I will continue to pay my $a month till it is paid off but I will not pay her finance fees If Janet harasses me or my husband again I am going to be making additional phone calls to report her and her billing practices, Please send me an updated bill showing what I have paid .
