Horrible company from start to finishThe ONLY positive thing was our real estate agent [redacted] When we were in the beginning phase meeting with [redacted] at the office, the owner and his son walked in and she stopped them to introduce usThey acted like they were put out by having to stop and say hello to us! We should have had the brains to move on to another builder at that point! This company is supposed to be a 'custom builder', but yet the work they do is bare minimum and once you sign and are in your house, DON'T expect them to do a thing for you! They are the extended warranty company will play pin-pong with you when you have issuesNeither ever wants to help you outAll we ever heard from [redacted] was one excuse after another! And the block we live on has constant water coming out of our sump pumps- even in the winter there are large areas of pure ice in the streetsI can't believe Sherwood had no knowledge of this when they built in this area of Bennington! This company is FAR FROM an A+ rating and honestly deserves to be a D- rating
