When our church first contracted with Sherwood Lawn and Landscaping and its proprietor, MrJeremy R., we were strictly impressed with the prompt and responsive service and the highly professional proficient work crewsHowever, over the period of a year, that original crew began to evolve into a group that was very obviously less motivated and much less professionalLess and less good judgment began to be shown by the workersSome minor damage was done by machinery operators, but that was repaired or replaced as promised by MrR., who, at that point actually could be reached by phone or email, and he did respond! By March and April of 2016, quality of work, lack of attention to detail, unpredictable work schedule (even considering weather problems), and an eventual complete lack of ability to communicate with MrRbecame the normDamage to an outside wall of one of our buildings was discovered that was obviously caused by careless operation of one of their riding mowersThis and other unsatisfactory problems were forwarded to MrRby phone and emailBy the end of the second week of April 2016, his crews ceased reporting to our property to work! Now not only does he not respond to phone messages left on his voicemail and to emails sent to him, he refuses to even claim a certified letter sent from us to him that has remained in his post office box for over a week informing him of his being in breach of contract with us, the fact that he owes us a reimbursement for weeks of work that was not done in April, and for repair of the damaged building wall, and the fact that we no longer desire to have his company do work on our propertyThat PO Box is, by the way, the only address available for him and his companyAvoid this company and its proprietor at all costs unless you want to have to deal with what is described above!
