ordered on our website.  The reason for the delay in shipment; the product is highly constrained and backordered due to the number of orders received from parents in June and early July.  To complicate matters, Emily was promoted to a new position here at SHI and she was in the act of transferring her business to her replacement while you were placing your order on July 24th.  Due to a lack of good communication practices, your cancellation email (attached) was never responded to, although it was acted upon.  Your order was not placed and there is no chance of it shipping or your card being charged.  We will take steps to insure better communication going forward.
