Tonight I experienced a completely unprofessional and unsafe handling by the owner and an employee at the Zenali parking lot on Broadway in San Francisco When my brother asked the attendant for his car, the attendant did not get it He told my brother and customers, including my year old disabled aunt, to follow another attendant to get the car down stairs When my brother asked for his money back, the attendant did not do it Instead the attendant was disrespectful and wanted to fight my brother I drove my car closer as I saw the situation escalating and told my family to go As we tried to leave the owner came back down with a bat My brother was asking for the attendant’s name, but no reply The attendant again charged at my brother My dad tried to stop the attendant and my brother was already in the car The owner had retrieved a bat and came down I.got out of my car yelling “no fighting.” The attendant said “ I don’t fight.” We got in ours cars and left This was a truly horrible experience and I felt very unsafeThis was not how we wanted to end a goodnight
In addition, no apology or understanding was paid for by the owners or employees Especially for the disrespect to our family and elders It is under unprofessional and unsafe ownership Therefore is a concern to the public and it’s paying customers I would not recommend parking at this facility and for future patrons to be careful for there safetyWe paid for the parking prior Even called the poloce, but it was not safe to stay any longer

Review: The restaurant has a policy to where if you do NOT eat more than HALF of the food you ordered, you are not allowed to take your leftovers home. They are denying me food that I have PAID for based on the grounds that they believe I did not eat enough while at their restaurant.Desired Settlement: I believe this policy is wrong and they are NOT giving me what I paid for. If I paid for their food, I should be allowed to take all leftovers home.

Response:

Company states: We have a promotion where we have half off rolls but there are some stipulations such as it has to be for dine in only and if the food is not finished then we will charge full price. We think that there was a miscommunication problem with our server but always allow consumers to bring home their leftovers. Unfortunately, the employee is on vacation and we are not able to verify with them what was said but we think it is a communication issue since we have so many customers wanting to take advantage of the promotion it could have been a mistake.
