Revdex.com: DrS***'s response is all well and good, but he has NOT repeatedly informed me verbally that it takes time to update payment information into the billing software! I have only spoken to him twice since this began in October and not since the notice from the collection company I will not be surprised to see yet another delinquent notice because he does not take care of his accounting on a timely basis? That will be unfortunate and result in legal action on my part if it occurs DrS*** needs to make an extraordinary effort to get this erroneous billing off his books and his collection agency's records When that happens I should get a written notice documenting it and then I will be satisfied. *** ***
