June 10, 2015 My husband ordered yards of mulch from A and S Landscaping over the phone with Cindy. He explained that we had a flower garden started in our backyard and asked if the mulch could be delivered to the garden site behind our house; Cindy made sure to check that there was a way for the driver to get the truck into the backyard without any obstacles. My husband assured her that our developer was using our backyard in order to deliver top soil to other nearby home sites and that her driver could use those trails to reach the garden or just drive the truck through our side yard and into the back as it is flat and there is nothing that would hinder a large truck in getting throughI was to be home on the delivery date and arranged my schedule to be home all day. Cindy took our credit card number and the deal was finishedJune 11, 2015 At 2:a repair man came to our home. When I opened the door for him, I saw the pile of mulch in our front drivewayI then called A and S to request that someone come and move the mulch out of our driveway as the driver from A and S did not alert me of the delivery; I spoke with Jeff Houston. I let him know my car was inside the garage and I needed to leave to go and get my daughter from the bus and take my son to work. Jeff then asked me what it was that had been delivered; when I answered him, he cut me off as he already knew the answer and continued to speak over me. He then asked me where it was and when I repeated the answer he laughed at me. He became frustrated with me and his tone then changed. Jeff then asked for my address. He then told me that he had tried to call my husband but there was no answer. I told Jeff that my husband had been in meetings all morning and was sorry that he was unable to answer but that I needed his services per our agreement. I told him that I had followed the arrangements and was home all day and that no one had rung our doorbell and that I did not get a receipt for this transaction Jeff responded to this by telling me that it was not their procedure to knock on doors. He went on to say that they were not able to drive the truck to our backyard. I then asked him why it wasn’t dumped in the grass and not on the driveway (with my car trapped inside the garage) but he was not able to give me an answer. He then became belligerent with me and asked me what I wanted him to do; I told him I needed the mulch moved and repeated my reasons and reminded him that we had already paid him for this service. Jeff told me that he would not have the mulch moved by 3:or even that evening. I then asked to speak with the manager and he told me no; he would be the one handling this. I asked him if I needed to speak with the Revdex.com and he told me that if I felt the need to do so, then do it. The best he could do for me was take my name and number and give it to his supervisor. If the supervisor chose to call me back, then he would. My husband also called and spoke with Jeff but he gave my husband the same answers. I had to make arrangement s to get my daughter off the bus and my son to work. I later called A and S again and Nick answered the phone Neither manager was in, and Nick gave me vague answers about my issue and so I asked to speak with Jeff again. Jeff was in the background trying to give Nick answers to give to me but I refused to include Nick in this situation and asked to speak with Jeff again; Jeff finally got on the phone. He still refused to let me speak with a supervisor or give me a number to reach one of them; however, he finally relented and gave me their names: Scott and Albert. I then asked to speak with Cindy and he would not let me. He finally told me that he would have someone at our home to move the mulch between and that evening; however, no one showed up. I later found the receipt tucked under a rock in our front mulch bedJune 12, 2015 We called back on Friday morning and asked Jeff why no one showed up; he said the guys had worked a hour shift and were too tired to do it. He said they would be here to move the mulch sometime during the day. I asked him if we needed to come in and sit and wait for a supervisor and he did not answer. No one showed up to move the mulch that day either June 13, 2015 I called back and spoke with James. He said that Jeff was not working the weekendWe explained our situation to him and he said that he did not know anything about it. He said that the supervisor was out delivering but would leave our name and number for him. The supervisor (or anyone else) never called us back. Still, no one showed up to move the mulch June 15, 2015 I called Jeff and told him that no one from A and S had showed up yet to move the mulch. He said, “You’re kidding me.” I told him that I was not and that we had contacted the Revdex.com. He said ok. I then asked him if he would now let me talk to a supervisor and he said he would if only one of them was there. I asked him what he was going to do about the situation and he said he did not know….he had just arrived at work.
