In regards to Ms [redacted] 's complaint, the order was shipped as of 08/all Shiekh.com orders are shipped within 1-business days, the order shipped on its 3rd processing dayThe order was shipped but per Ms [redacted] 's request to cancel the shipment which was done today 08/the package has been intercepted and returning back to our warehouseA full refund was issued as well since customer opened a PayPal Dispute

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customer [redacted] , our Customer service supervisor attempted to contact [redacted] but did not want to be assistedPer her response: I've already filed a complaint via the Revdex.com, as my attempts at speaking with you guys directly failedIt's nearly days after I placed my order and I have no way of obtaining a status update although I asked your rep [redacted] and she blatantly ignored and exited the chat Nowhere on your site does it state that it'll take 5- days for you guys just to process an orderIt states: Please allow 5-business days for Flat Rate Shipping." Unless you guys want to claim that I'm misinterpreting that, as well I placed the order on the 17th, it's now the 22ndIt should not take days to dispatch an orderI ordered from multiple other sites AFTER placing my order with Karmaloop and they're all being delivered tomorrow I'll wait for this to be resolved via the Revdex.com

Or I can request for the order to be canceled and still give you a 40% off with no restrictions to any brand on your next purchase?
