A gutter was installed on the shed when it should not have beenIt never had a gutter to begin withThe gutter company installed a gutter on the shed and tied the downspout into another downspout connected to the houseThe house and shed were no more than two feet apartThey h/o didn't have a problem with it when we did the final walk through, which *** was home forThey called a week later and wanted the downspout removed over the walkway because it was in the wayWe did what they asked and there is no longer an issue with the gutters or downspouts. They never once mentioned paint covering the furniture or floorsI did a walkthrough of the entire house with *** and she didn't mention that once. They overpaid because the adjuster from *** *** told them how much they should pay me when I did the final inspectionI told her it didn't seem right but if they want to go by what the adjuster says, then that is fine. She signed the SAT form for *** *** and never once mentioned any problems to meShe actually told me how happy she was with the work and that you can't even tell there was a hole in the ceilingI have pictures of all the work we did for them and those picture show that the interior of the house has no paint on the furniture or carpetThese guys lie about everything but never mention any problems to one's face or over the phoneThey say *** said this and the next minute they tell me that the manager said something differentThey just make stuff up. *** ***
