Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The facility did not review my move in itinerary which addressed some of what they are trying to charge meI also have pictures which show no stains in the bedroomI also still do not understand the water bills because they do not correlate with the final bill I received in the mailThe manager I have had to speak with is very rude and unprofessionalCassidy the property manager also states that she is the only person who has been in my apartment since 11/30/when I turned my keys in, however, I find that since I am being charged a "cleaning fee" and "carpet cleaning fee." I am rejecting this response because: The facility did not review my move in itinerary which addressed some of what they are trying to charge me. I also have pictures which show no stains in the bedroom. I also still do not understand the water bills because they do not correlate with the final bill I received in the mail.
