Revdex.com of Eastern MADonald Lynch Boulevard, Suite 102Marlborough, MA 01752-4705Re: Complaint [redacted] filed on 8/5/by [redacted] ***Dear Mr***,This letter is in response to your claim that on 7/20/in which you attest your vehicle was scratched in our car wash I personally responded to this claim when I was notified by my staff of your claim After you met with my location manager, ***, on that Saturday following the incident, he shared the pictures of the damage you claim we caused A deep scratch was noted from the pictures penetrating the paint located directly behind the large bike rack and above the [redacted] emblem The scratch noted from the picture was deep enough that it left an indentation in the frame of the vehicle There was also other damage observed in the pictures and noted by our Manager including surface scratches on the tailgate of the vehicle as well as another deep scratch and indentation just below the license plate, similar to the scratch in question above the [redacted] emblem Other marks and scratches across the lower bumper were also noted When my Manager brought those to your attention, you stated you did not hold us responsible as this was pre-existing damage to your vehicleOur wash equipment is encased in a soft cloth-like material and continuously rinsed and cleaned to safely wash vehicles There is no metal or hard material on our equipment that could come in contact with your vehicle to cause the damage you had presented I also was present at the location following your incident and inspected the equipment which was in working order It’s also worth noting that we have washed thousands of cars in the weeks preceding and just following your incident and have not had one damage claim other than yours Our Manager did not have direct access to the DVR footage as per our company policy That is the only reason why we were not able to share that with you at the time of your visitI would be happy to personally meet with you at a mutually agreed time, share the video footage, and allow you to view the equipment up close We have been in business for over years, and I am very confident that our wash equipment did not cause the damage you had on your vehicle I will be out of town through the following week and will be available to meet should you wish to after August 28thI can be reached via email at [redacted] Regards, [redacted] Vice President - Shield System Car Wash

[I ended up going to car wash multiple times with business not taking any official action until I submit a complaint to the Revdex.comEven after the complaint, they did not responded in a timely mannerI have no trust in this business at this point and I truly believe that they are not honest with me and I don't feel safe going to the car washI would like them to send me the footage of my car entering and exiting the car wash either electronically or on a CD formatI am 100% sure with my claim as I stated before I only drove a short minute before I noticed the scrapeNothing happened during this timeWhen I parked my car in *** ***, I saw the scratch and it was so fresh that scraped paint was still hanging from the carI hoped that they owned their mistake because I have no reason to create a story like thisI am a Director at one of the largest Bio-Tech company in the area, and I am very much capable of getting it fixed myselfI told them myself that they are other small marks on the bumper that had nothing to do with them as any honest person would doIt is beyond belief that they don't own their mistakeI will share this review with all the review sites as well, it is upsetting that people can continue doing business in this manner. ]
