Company falsely advertised a speedy service to reduce property tax in daysHowever, five months later the company continues to give me the run around after several verbal and email requests for a full refund of $charged almost six months agoThis does not appear to be a legitimate business with actual servicesThis business is committing fraud against consumers and home owners
I want this company to quit scamming me and other customers that think they are doing work on their behalf which they are not I could have done this myselfThey did not return phone calls or emails on status nor could or did they ever provide date of their court dispute for my property which I asked for on many occasions So my taxes went up also This company should not be in business, and they need to show I owe zero amount to them and quit harassing meI want them to clear my name that I owe them $and any future amount

I have found the Ray Tax Group to be very easy to work with and to be very helpful in pursuing reduced tax appraisals against my propertyWhen they get a reduction to my taxes, I pay a percentage of the reduction to RTG; if they don't get a reduction, I owe nothingIt is a great incentive for them to do all they can to help me, and they have continually helped meI highly recommend this group for dealing with your tax appraisals

My wife and I engaged the services of Ray Tax Group to appeal property tax increase on our property located in Smith County, TXAll we need to provide was our previous tax and the upcoming (increased) tax invoiceThey did the leg work and did not charge us until we receive the revised invoice from Smith CountyThe fee was 10% of the amount of property tax that we saved - very reasonable!
