Shield-X

Review: I recently went and got my windows tinted on my car by Shield-X. After the first time going there I inspected my windows and found sharpie marks around the rear window where the tint was not long enough to cover my window and dirt bubbles in the tint that would not come out. So I went back and showed them my concerns and they said that they would redo them again. So I came back again, at their convenience, and had them redo them again. The next day I inspected the work and found that instead of removing the sharpie marks and redoing the tint they just painted over them to try and hide them. I also found more places that the tint did not cover the whole window and more discrepancies. So I called them back and asked about getting a refund and the owner lady said that she couldn't because she her workers spent to much time working on my car. She said that they would redo them again but after what I just saw I don't want them touching my car again. I told her that all I wanted is my money back and that its not my fault that they spent so much time. So I decided to go in and ask them about a refund and the guy working the front desk said they could do it but I had to come in the next day because only the boss could sign refund checks. So I came in the next day and talked to her and she just kept telling me that i'm too picky and that I can have them redo it again. But I told her that their work is not satisfactory and all I want is a refund so I can pay somebody else to do it. She just told me to go because she wont give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $354.00 that I paid.
