Shields Electric has been in business for a long time in Scottsdale. We have had them do work for us before with good outcome. However, our most recent experience has been highly unprofessional!
Very poor communications between appointment making, electricians, and us the customer. We were told an electrician would arrive for our "scheduled" appt only to have no one show up! When we called the office, they had lost us in their system. The next appt was scheduled and we requested to be called as the electrician was "on the way", since we do not live at the property. Only to have them call us to say they had been waiting for a while and no one was home.
It took several trips to the house to get all work done, they would do a little work then leave. Days would pass they would come back do a bit more. We received a bill but the work was NOT finished. So we had to call them out again. This time they finished the job (power to 2 wall plugs) BUT the electrician actually left LIVE wires hanging out of the wall, wall plate on the floor! A child/pet could have come in contact with these wires with dire consequences! Completely unprofessional!
