Shifflett Roofing

Review: Shifflett installed a 30 year roof on my home in January 2012. The roof leaked within the first year, and spotted the ceiling. They came out and told me some shingles had blown loose and said they fixed it. In August, 2014, I again had spots on the ceiling in the same place; after numerous calls, they came out and assured me that they had remedied the problem. It is November, 2014, and I again have spots on my ceiling in the same place. This company has had two opportunities to fix the problem(s), and they have not done so. In the past, it has been difficult to get them to respond to my calls. I want a permanent solution immediately.Desired Settlement: I want them to come out immediately and replace or fix whatever problems they have created. My roof never leaked before they put a "new" roof on my house.
