Thank you for the opportunity to present information in this transactionIn spring we built a tower for the town to provide its residents with broadband Internet serviceIn May of that year we were contacted by this condo association to provide Internet service to
its individual homeownersThe primary tower in the town did not provide adequate signal strength to the condo buildingsAfter doing an analysis we determined service could be brought in on a 60' tower located on the property to service their areaThe condo association declined the new tower and wondered how else service might be able to be providedIt was determined we could provide service if the equipment was mounted at 45' in a treeThis was agreed upon by both parties and service was started in June In the incoming service to the tree mounted system was deteriorating due to additional foliage growth between the incoming antenna and the primary tower in the townWe approached the condo association about changing the system to a 60' tower to eliminate the foliage issueOnce again they declinedWe felt it was in everyone’s best interest at this point to let our customers in the condo association know that we were no longer able to provide our best effort in servicing them with Internet and we let them know a DSL provider was now available to do soWe are never comfortable providing service that we feel does not live up to the expectations of our staff or the customerAnd we believed that being proactive in providing this information to our customers was the right thing to doTwo of our customers in this condo association decided not to change to DSL so we kept our service on for themThey understood that their service would not be as fast as they might want, but there wasn’t anything further we could do to improve the situationEarly in we started experiencing intermittent power outages with the tree mounted transmitting equipment at the condo associationWe would then call the property manager and he would power cycle the equipment to bring it back onlineIn April we found out from one of our remaining customers that the property manager was in fact turning our equipment offPrior to this conversation with our customer, we had not been informed this was happening intentionallyOnce we learned why the power outages were occurring, we made several phone calls, leaving three voice messages over a five day period for the property manager to discuss this issueOn the fifth day after our initial phone call and voice message, the property manager called backHe informed us that our transmitting equipment was causing a problem with the septic pump systemWhen he was questioned about this and how it was possible so that some resolution could be found, he became agitated and used foul language with our company's employeeAt this point, our company's employee responded in like fashion and the conversation deteriorated and was terminated by the property managerOur regret is our employee should not have responded in like fashion, but rather should have remained calm and professionalWe have taken the appropriate steps internally in regards to his response

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

When Sonicnet stated, "When he was questioned about this and how it was possible so that some resolution could be found..." this is an outright lie. They NEVER offered a "resolution" that could be found, rather their employee verbally attacked me by saying, "You son-of-a-B[redacted] I am sick of you Sh**", and then just before I terminated the conversation because I felt verbally threatened, he proceeded to call me an "As[redacted]". All of this coming from a "professional" who once was going to be a Minister??? I was so concerned after the assault, I contacted local law enforcement immediately. It was them who suggested I have NO further contact with the violent employee. In my personal opinion, this employee should be terminated immediately. Unfortunately, he stated he, "Built the company from the ground up." I fear the owner of Sonicnet is NOT aware of this employee's violent mood swings and temper. I hope something is done BEFORE this employee takes his violence to the next level.
