Shift-Tech Carbon Fiber owner *** *** provides very poor customer service Recently purchased an item from them thru eBay Advertisement shipping specifically stated wait for shipment Paid promptly before 12:pm on December PayPal transaction #0TLXXXXXWXXXXXXXS$ Waited until Saturday Dec for confirmation of shipment and tracking number as per eBay rules Didn't receive confirmation Email seller thru eBay system and politely requested shipping confirmation and tracking number;

Ok just wondering, purchased on the 16th today, is the third day today and USPS pickups and ships on Saturdays as well as Sunday

You are correct, you purchased on the 16th by the end of the dayYes on USPS also but nobody works at the warehouse on a Saturday or a Sunday......it will ship Monday

This was incorrect and I have the transaction number to prove the time and date of purchase Seller falsely advertised handling period and was going to make me wait days before shipment Sellers advertisement didn't state warehouse was closed on Saturday and Sunday nor did it state he didn't work on Sat & Sunday but he still answered emails as regular business days
When pressed about the shipment, the seller became testy, rude and reasserted he was going to ship on Monday, days after the purchase He also stated "that he was going to return my money because I wasn't happy," without first checking with me I responded, that I would hold him responsible for the purchase and delivery time frame as specified in his advertisement and not to refund the money He did so anyway I have email proof of this on the eBay email system

I filed a customer complaint against him with eBay Customer Service I was told specifically, "this was against eBay rules and a strike would be put against Shift-Tech for unauthorized activity." I was also told, "to provide the appropriate feedback in the form of a negative to complete the process, which is permanently displayed on the sellers account
*** *** (shift-tech) sent a threatening email to my personal email address and I quickly email the Rio Rancho Police Department requesting information on how I should proceed I was contacted by a Detective and advised that he would inquire further Mr*** *** was told not to have any further contact with me but they consider it more of a civil matter
*** sent a request for feedback retraction retraction over a week later again making threatening statements and verbal harassment thru the eBay email system, which I disallowed stating; I was going to contact the Detective, file another police report and acquire a restraining order against *** ***
Not only did *** *** and Shift-Tech break a paid contract but he also falsely advertised He did not provide the purchased item but took it upon himself to cancel the order without my expressed permission He was told not to have any contact with me by the Detective but continued to harass and threaten me with legal action of which there is no basis Everything I've stated is of public record as well as the police report against him
I believe *** *** is; a vindictive seller with an attitude to match
