DON'T WaSTE YOUR $$$
November 2..I PD $99.99 for annual membership to an App... Shift with Erin.. when I tried logging on..my password 🔑 did not work...I tried to reset and the App keeps telling me that a password reset was sent to my email... but I am never able to receive it..I reached out to service to get my money back unless they are able to get me access to the product I pd for...they just kept repeating it was non refundable...I reminded them that they breached contract by not producing the product..they refused to refund me or help me get access... just told me it was too bad, too sad for me..now I am forced to dispute with my credit card company... unbelievable how unprofessional this company is.. should not be allowed to stay in business.. ZERO STAR ⭐

NO RETURN ON DAY OF - EVEN WITH NO SERVICE DUE TO HURRICANE AREA
I don't understand why we can't give zero for customer service. I realized when this money came out of the account, I explained that $190 was taken out of my account, drove where the I got reception explained our area was hit by the hurricane and asked since it was THE DAY OF since I didn't cancel the day before no refund was available. I spoke with one person via email who "emphasized but reported I was a day late again, the day of the renewal date" mind you, I never used the app, not once. Then she gave me a supervisor - three emails no response. I have called three times left VM - no phone call back, I think this is a fraud and needs to be reported

Misleading advertisements and pricing
I signed up based on an ad that advertised 30 day money back guarantee. I spent $99.99 on a membership based on the trial period. Between 1 and 2 weeks later, I decided it wasn't for me and asked for a refund, but was told the option I chose didn't qualify. This was in no way made clear to me at the time of purchase and is extremely dishonest marketing at best.

Billing
Said I signed up a year ago, I must have missed the charge. Well I saw it yesterday, and it is non refundable, she collected $190 for NOTHING. I am going to file a fraud charge with my bank and change my card number as this person is not reputable.

Its a scam save your money ZERO STARS
Refused to refund my money after being charged over $100 more than what I thought I was going to be charged. If you sign up for the "Power Plan" all the money is charged up front and Not Refundable. The Pro Plan stated 30 day money back guarantee but the guarantee does not apply to "upgrades". So the more money you pay them the less guarantee you have of being satisfied. Very misleading and a disappointing that a health and wellness company would not be transparent. However, in reading the other reviews, looks like they twist their words no matter which plan you purchase. It's a lose/ lose so save your money. There are too many other companies out there striving for an ethical business model...

Misleading Pricing
Similar to other feedback I signed up for the discounted annual membership which ended up being more expensive than I thought. Emailed multiple times explaining my frustration, asked to be refunded, and all I got was kind replies explaining their pricing. This was within just a couple of days of signing up and still no luck in getting my money back. Seems like it could be a great program but the pricing approach is misleading.

30 day money back is not guaranteed
Purchased the annual membership instead of monthly mostly because everywhere I read said 30 day money back guarantee except the endless small print that says if you purchase the annual membership you cannot get a refund. The thing is when you are signing up there is all these pop ups encouraging add ons and of course the great annual price deal. Do not bother with this App you can get the same information, recipes, advice on the upgraded Carb Manager App for an annual fee of $35 As for the exercise videos, you can find free videos on Instagram, YouTube, etc. Basically, my bad I was a little too zealous in signing up-usually do more research before purchasing. Would give them minus stars if I could.

Looks like you might be the only one that got a response and solution. I have been trying with customer service for a couple weeks now and nothing but BS. Very disappointing I won't even try the product im so upset.
