Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:All facts stated in the initial complaint are true and after making this purchase experience extremely painful and drawn out the vendor has not fulfilled his promises to cover shipping and provide a credit or partial refund I'll restate the critical facts, Shifteck took order in Numerous contacts were made to vendor to ascertain shipping status, on October 17, Shifteck publicly claims all orders shipped which turns out to be untrue, October USPS confirms my package has not been picked up, October Shifteck claims the shipment was destroyed by the wildfires in California October Vendor offers free shipping and choice of $future store credit or $refund on existing order when it "reships" October 26, Shifteck states shipping will take place on October November 6th I attempt to contact Shifteck via email and voicemail and they do not respond November 8th Shifteck publicly posts on [redacted] that all items shipped, yet my tracking number still indicates this is not true November 10th, I contact Shifteck one final time indicating that I believe they may have taken my payment and have no intention of sending me the product I paid for and I ask for a truthful status updateI only receive a notice that they are "digging out from days being gone", no status update I wait more days before filing with my credit card company that Shifteck has not delivered the product I purchase in November The matter is now in the hands of [redacted] and even if I receive the product at this point it is up to the vendor to provide evidence of shipment in the next days or the matter will be resolved in my favor [redacted] informs me on that call, in writing and in subsequent phone calls that I am under no obligation to provide them any updates and that they are now handling the resolution of this item Shifteck is notified on Nov 13th of their obligation and the claim and do not respond inside of days The product is received on November 17th No contact from the vendor between November 10th and December 24th On December 24th the vendor posts my name, address and phone number to public [redacted] groups and tells the members I am a thief and have not paid him, he demands a payment in excess of the original purchase price via [redacted] or he will not take down the posts Beyond the facts which show this to not be true, it is extremely childish and unprofessional and is a violation of my privacy and safety and that of my family Please let it be known that [redacted] is aware of exactly when I received the shipment, but due to the vendor ignoring his notification to respond they closed the complaint in my favor The vendor then made no attempt to resolve the issue with me at any point I contacted [redacted] and asked them if it was possible to still pay the vendor the original amount and they said a rebill could be authorized and it was The vendor has been paid in full and has not only made this the worst purchase transaction of my life, but has not fulfilled his promise to pay for shipping ($20) and credit me $on this order Please also note the vendor could have prevented this all by being truthful about when he planned to ship the products and not make up stories about items that had not shipped yet being destroyed in USPS warehouses in California, then since he actually did ship the product inside of the days [redacted] gave him to respond he could have simply provided the tracking info and been paid, after that he could have contacted me directly apologized for the hassle thus far and asked me help him in receiving payment from *** Instead he chose to act unprofessionally and tarnish his reputation and business name, resorting to threats, name calling and extortion I would not trust this man or his company and hope this serves as a warning to anyone thinking about doing any business with a person like this [redacted]

purchase experience extremely painful and drawn out the vendor has not fulfilled his promises to cover shipping and provide a credit or partial refund.  I'll restate the critical facts, Shifteck took order in 2017.  Numerous contacts were made to vendor to ascertain shipping status, on October 17, Shifteck publicly claims all orders shipped which turns out to be untrue, October 23 USPS confirms my package has not been picked up, October 24 Shifteck claims the shipment was destroyed by the wildfires in California.  October 26 Vendor offers free shipping and choice of $75 future store credit or $30 refund on existing order when it "reships".  October 26, Shifteck states shipping will take place on October 31.  November 6th I attempt to contact Shifteck via email and voicemail and they do not respond.  November 8th Shifteck publicly posts on [redacted] that all items shipped, yet my tracking number still indicates this is not true.  November 10th, I contact Shifteck one final time indicating that I believe they may have taken my payment and have no intention of sending me the product I paid for and I ask for a truthful status update.
