Creative outdoors did an abysmal job of installing our pavers They failed within weeks of our occupancy of the homeAfter further exploration we discovered they had not followed the manufacturers minimal guid linesTheir attempts to correct the situation where worse than the original installWe had to dismiss them and forbid them from coming onto our property except to collect their toolsThey didn't even have the courtesy to tender an apology if there is an rating of F- please assign it to them
