12-03-2017 To whom it may concern,I, Fayez A*** the owner of Shillington Grocery Outlet, have received the complaint regarding an issuewith a customer back on 11/25/ID ***.While the customer was at the store, one of the registers froze during her transactionMy storemanager called
me and I, over the phone walked her through how to get the last transaction that wascharged on that specific registerThe customer's transaction did not show as "paid for" in our system,with that being said we apologized to the customer, showed her our office system where it trackstransactions and asked her to bring her statement if she was charged and we will offer a refund anddiffidently give her money back.As of now, I did not show a charge in my system and the customer never brought a statement.My solution for this issue would be, providing the customer a refund forthat transaction and also a $3off coupon for the next time she shops with us.Technology makes mistakes as well as a human being does!
