He made this by calling our call center at 1*** and spoke with an agent
Nothing indicates any mention of toiletries, whether they are offered or not, and
if so, what that includes
None of Shilo Inns’ advertising materials nor our own website, www.shiloinns.com , mentions anything about toiletries
It is standard in the industry for any hotel, regardless of size, to at least offer soap and shampoo, which we do.
Some of the external partners have included that “free toiletries” are offered. It does not specifically say which toiletries. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not standard toiletries offered by hotels and we do not offer them
Shilo Inns does not feel this is a case of inaccurate advertising and as such does not warrant a refund of any kind
