My complaint is: I lay-a-way a Swirl Glider and decided later I didn't want it, now he([redacted])want refund my money. There is no written policy anywhere stating why he want give me my money, in this state you should have one on the sale ticket or in the store, just what he([redacted])say.Which is strange, I mail the payment to his address: [redacted] HWY ** Guns, TN XXXXX. what's up with this if I am buying from the company in Henderson, TN.Product_Or_Service: Double Swirl GliderOrder_Number: no order numberAccount_Number: no contractDesired SettlementThis is a Glider with a table attached, which right now I don't believe he has, because Mr. [redacted] wand me to give him two weeks notice before I pick it up, if this is a lay-a-way it should be ready whenever I ask for if.
