Tell us why here...I have been doing weddings for over years and have never had to deal with a con artistThis woman has given a fake credit card and committed fraudI give the same information to every single inquiry for weddings and have been for several yearsAll of our prices are
listed and posted on the wedding website this woman found us onShe refused to pay for the services they receivedShe did not say a word at time of paymentShe gave information and it is being investigatedShe told me I was not allowed to charge hat I did as a travel fee, yet we actually have her a break and traveled for people when we normally do not for less than The Bride was extremely happy with her services and her aunt who wanted to treat her for her wedding day refused to pay proper pricingWe would never just spring charges, of course there is a travel feeThat is the first thing I go over with every on location weddingShe sent me a check after giving us a fake credit card number weeks later for not ever 20% of her total for servicesBeware all local salonsThis woman is a con artist and knew too much on how to get around thisShe told me the customer is always right and I need to eat this one and learn from itShame on her

I am rejecting this response because: Again, no I will not accept her response. I have never argued the price of the makeup charges. The issue is the travel fee. This is something that was never discussed with me when I made the arrangements for the salon to come to the bride's location. If I had known this ahead of time, I would not have hired this salon, it just would not have been in the budget. This is not in the list of fees on the wedding site, I have a copy of the same. No contract was ever signed.  The salon is 40 miles from bride's destination, per google maps, which I paid mileage fee @ $0.55/mile, which I did not have to do. As per her own admission, she has received my check for $122.00. Everything could have been e-mailed to me, but it wasn't. A mistake was made on both parts. I should have asked for everything in writing, but I did not, I was just so excited to find someone to do my nieces make up at a rate I could afford, the business should have sent a contract, no matter how big or small the bridal party was. I am not a scam artist or a fraud. I, also work in customer service, and have since I started working, so I know how businesses work. Your biggest mistake in all this was making slanderous comments on the wedding site and on this site. You are supposed to be professional????I just want this to be over. Point proven, she paid what she thought was fair. Not for what we charge. Witch is and always will be the first thing discussed  She did not call me until 5 days after the wedding after we tried calling several times. Due to false information given. Again please feel free to inquire on WeddingWire where she found me to see our pricing listed. Also the mileage was 58 miles from where we were and the price was $100 for one make-up because the Bride added air brush and lashes witch is also listed as an additional cost. This woman has obviously done this before and will do it again. So please beware!
