Shine Cleaners

Review: I put a white Tory Burch shirt in Shine cleaners if not a month then close to a month ago. When I went to pick up my garment which was some jeans and my white shirt it could not be found. They told me to come back which I only received the pants back which were faded and not the shirt. I was told to come back in a few days so that they can look for the shirt and the worker that works at that location also told me he will go where they clean the clothes to look for the shirt himself. I did just that. When I came back I was told that they still could not find my shirt but give them some more time and if they could not find the shirt I would receive the money for the shirt which I told them the price was $68.00, he said no problem which I assumed was the owner. When I went back yesterday 6/**/13 they then told me I would receive a credit at their cleaners for the amount of shirt which I explained to him that's not what was discussed and I will not be doing any more business with them. He then told me to come back this morning 6/**/13 to talk with the owner and I explained I can not come in the morning that I work but I will call. When I called, not only was the worker screaming at me and not allowing me to talk he continously kept hanging the phone up on me and told me to stop giving him a hard time (the nerve of him) after being so patient with them this is the thanks I get and I told them that I will be contacting the Revdex.com and taking them to Small Claims Court he said to do what I have to do.Desired Settlement: Either refund me for the shirt or find the shirt which they can't seem to do.

We refunded money that customer's been asking for with sincere apology.

The customer signed the back of receipt that the customer received money from our cleaner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Although they did not give me all of the money I paid for the shirt, and the cleaners ticket was ten dollars so they made me pay for the cleaners ticket of a shirt I never recieved. So that was deducted from the money owed to me. I will never give them any more of my business.
