be a result of the camera’s resolution and  not lack of prior damage. According to our managers, the damage that was brought to their attention is not consistent with damage that could be inflicted by our car wash tunnel. If there was something caught in our cloth it would be all the way down the customer’s vehicle and not isolated to one specific spot. The damage on the vehicle resembles a door ding, which sometimes cannot be entirely visible until the car is clean. Another detail to note is that the customer did not notice the damage to the vehicle at our location; she left and went to another place of business before she noticed the damage. Due to the previously stated reasons, we do not take responsibility for the damages. However, we will refund the customer the amount paid for the car wash.

This particular customer has used our car wash many times. He has never before had any problems with our tunnel, even with his custom cambered rims.On the day of the incident, a report was made and the customer was told to come back the following day. explained to him that it was impossible for our tunnel to do that kind of damage. In regards to the comment on the owner's car, it was used as a comparison because it has the same type of cambered rims as the customer's car which has also never had any problems.  The customer was told that Shine Express Car Wash would not take responsibility for the damage, because not only was it not caused by our tunnel, but his rims were after-market non-stock additions to his vehicle and therefore not our responsibility, per the sign that the customer has seen multiple times whilst in que for the tunnel. Please see attached for aforementioned sign.

The video is very clear especially when it is brightened. There was no damage to my vehicle pulling into the machine and afterwards there was damage. While I am not sure how the damage occurred in the process of the car wash. The facts are there was no damage to my car prior to entry and damage afterwards.
