I will explain this one so maybe you will understand I've attached a picture that shows where you select the size of cushion you want Then there is a mandatory box that says include all cushions for $more? You have to select yes or no thank you This customer must have chose No thank you However, I will look into this with this customer and try to make him happy because that is what we do with every complaint or problem that we deal with Thanks

On June 3rd the reporting customer placed his order with a customer service manager for the Ascend Full Face Mask by SleepNet for the amount of $The customer initially had issues with delivery status however the order was ultimately
delivered.On September 27th, the customer contac*** our customer service agents stating that the item he ordered is defective and he would like to return itThe agent advised the customer that he had days to return the product, in which we were past this time frameThe customer was contac*** by a manager the same day and the policies were re-itera*** to the customer as follows:The customer has days to report any order discrepenciesOur Return Policy does state that unopened product can be returned within days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, or a store credit for the full amount that has been paid for the product.CPAP masks do offer a day warranty, pending manufacture approval on defects.As the customer has initially repor*** a defective mask, we did contact the manufacture of the product (SleepNet) to receive approval for the return of a defective productDuring this communication with the manufacture it was determined that the specific product the customer only offers a day warrantyThis is determined by the manufacture, and not the supplying company (1800CPAP.com)The customer did also contact the manufacture on several occasions and was informed of the same information we had communica*** to them.To appease the customer, we did go against manufacture guidelines and informed the customer that he can return the defective mask back to our facility in which we can receive a replacement mask or store credit for the amount that was paid for the productAn RMA (Return Material Authorization) was crea*** for the customer to send the defective product back to our facility for further inspection and to resolve the issue. Despite numerous attempts at communication with the customer, and extending offers to appease the situation, the customer has refused to work with our company and what we could offer given the situation and going against the manufacture (SleepNet) policies and advisement

As you can see by the photo, when I made this purchase I thought it contained all of the items in the picture. If it was only for the headgear, then the other items should not have been in the picture. This is misleading and in my opinion, advertising

Attached are images taken from 1800CPAP.com of the product that the customer has ordered (*** ***)The product description does state that this only includes the headgear(s) for this particular CPAP maskWhile images are on the site to show the complete set up so customer's can easily
reference their mask, the product title and description do indicate that this is headgear only and is not a complete maskThe customer can contact us directly in regards to making arrangements for the rest of the mask to be set to her, however costs will be owed

Revdex.com Complaint ***The customer placed their order on August 15th, for the Swift ll Nasal Pillow Mask with Optional Headgear (please see attached invoice)The order was then shipped and delivered to the customer's requested shipping address.The customer's complaint is in regards to not receiving all the cushion sizes in her order (Small, Medium, and Large)The customer has been sent the original product from the manufacture which does include all three (3) cushion sizes However, *** does not make accommodations to be better suite our customer's needs, inwhich they are able to select one (1) size cushion if they do already know the size they are currently wearing The customer is able to select one (1) size they need, or they can select to have all three (3) sizes if they are not sure what size they need.The customer did select to add one (1) large cushion and when given the option to include all sizes for an additional $10.00, the customer selected the option of "No, thank you".If the customer is need of the Small and Medium size cusions she has not received, she is able to pay the additional $for these cushions and this can be shipped to her. I think they have misrepresented themselves in that the the item pictured is only a part of what they sent.
