I've waited a year before writing thisThe main reasons are 1) I wanted to make sure I was receiving the offset that I paid for and 2) I like to test customer service before knee-jerking into writing a review 1) A year has gone by after receiving my 17.64KW system which was slated to be a 72% offset of my energy costsI'm happy to report that I'm actually getting a 78% offset instead2) Their customer service has been excellent when neededI had to have them move panels to a different spot and they obliged without hesitation or feeI'm very happy with my purchaseI've ran the numbers and over the last months, I've saved roughly $(after figuring my solar payment, etc)It may not seem like much, but that's roughly $more per month than I would haveThe beauty of it all is that I own the system, and when it's paid off (I'm hoping more years), I'll be the one laughing when electric bills keep going up for my neighborsAlso, I have something physical that I can look atYou can't look at electricity that you rent from the power companies Do yourself a favor and quit renting electricityStart owning it

Glad everyone else likes their system, I have panels in my back yard and my electric bill was over two hundred dollars last month not to mention I have only produced kWh since the beginning of June but there is nothing wrongOh my system is supposed to be based off kWh a monthMy bill this time last year was only dollars more than it was this year with this wonderful thousand dollar system of mine

I am very impressed with the people at Shine Solar! Very honest, educated, kind, helpful peopleI can tell they care about their customersEven the installers were extremely pleasant, helpful, & patient (even with my young kids running around)On top of that, everything they promised came trelectricity bill averages $a month!!

Do yourself a favor and quit renting electricityStart owning it

The owners and executives of this company suckDay of employment they ask you to write amazing reviews on FB google etc of their company without knowing anything about it and themThey badger and pay their customers for good reviews Disappear for days and don't answer questionsThey push you into a 25-year loan and tell you the offset of your electricity bill pays for itIt doesn't, unless you want to pay the loan off earlyYour warranty will be over before you pay it off coupled with solar panels that are losing efficiency every yearThey aren't here to help the environment or youThey are here to line their pockets with money as quickly as possibleIf your home doesn't fit the "perfect for solar" model they are following they don't even want to talk to youThese people also engage in very aggressive and misleading telemarketingThey often make fun of their customers after duping them into their over priced systemsSeriously just talk to an electrician and buy your ownThey bank on the fact that people know very little about solar and won't do their research
