I'm sorry that you remain dissatisfied with our response but we can confirm the item was delivered as per the tracking previously providedWhile we accept that we could have communicated the delay on this order better, we do not find the rejection of our previous response to be correct

I am rejecting this response
because:I have received previous tracking numbers from this company and yet it was not shipped and I still did not receive the item If the item was completed it would have shipped by now, this is a stall tactic.This is now so late that the gift is no longer relevant and I have zero faith in this company

I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to you on thisOur fulfilment team is currently working to ship this for you as soon as possibleWhen I have the tracking number, which should hopefully be later this week, I will share it with you

I don't recall us having actually registered to the Revdex.com - which means we technically shouldn't even be contacted like thisAs far as I understand it, the Revdex.com is an organization we would register to in order to view or be contacted with such complaints, but no one on our side has actually done
this.This particular customer contacts us through different names/people which greatly confuses the support process on our side.The "missing" 4th item has not actually reached the minimum orders required to begin production, and so hasn't started the 3-week making process yet as it's still waiting for a few more orders to be begin the first production runThe customer is able to request the "untipped" item be cancelled up until the point it begins production. We're already arranging for a replacement chain to be shipped to this customer for the other concernA link in the extender portion of the chain they have received appears to have been bent or otherwise misshapenWe'd normally ask for the chain to be returned to us in the case of gold plated items, but in this case we will shortly ship out a different style chain which will be defect-free

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. First of all it should not have confused them as my husband and I both contacted them at the same email address. With that said they have in the last few days started contacting us in a timely manner. Their excuse of not having enough items to start production was never told to us until this week. They have allowed us to cancel that item and they are issuing us a credit. They told us that was issued today. We hope it shows up in the next few days. For the chain they have told use that they will send out a new chain. We were delivered that item April 7th and again this week they finally started working with us to remedy the situation. It took over 6 weeks for them to even start trying to contact us. Both my husband I emailed and made several calls that were never answered which was confusing and concerning to us. We are not unreasonable people and if they live up to the credit that is coming and a new chain we will be ok with the resolution.

All items take up to 6 business weeks to make and ship. This is stated on every product page in 2 places, and on our FAQ page. This is because each item is made to order. We have not had any guarantees placed anywhere which guaranteed delivery by Christmas for the 2017 season, and this would not...

have appeared on the product page ahead of ordering. Some retailers may not take the full payment until dispatch of the order, however as these are made to order items, full payment for each order is taken when the order is placed.

We are sorry that this order was slightly delayed in completing the manufacturing process. I can confirm this item was shipped Aug 7th and is in transit at present. Expected delivery day is Thur 10 Aug.
