RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Yes, the roof was repaired, but the shingles are off already; they came off the very next day. It is simply TOO COLD for them to stick. I did not say that the WIND caused a craftsmanship issue. It was the shingles being nailed TOO HIGH that caused the issue; which is indeed a craftsmanship problem. I am not the person that you need to be calling. My WIFE has left messages to be contacted; it is her that you need to speak to - she is the one with the questions. I do not understand why being a veteran has anything to do with this claim whatsoever. Congratulations, you served your country, as did I. You can open an office wherever you please. The point that I was making was that we were told that there was a local office being set up in the immediate Sioux Falls area, and that was a lie. We asked if the company was local and we were told that they were planning on expanding to our area. I do not feel that this reply addresses any of the issues that were previously stated; such as, customer service: your salesperson blaming us for getting yelled at by his boss; the updated damage; our refund; etc. Your company treated us very well...until it got paid. Now it is the biggest headache we've had since becoming homeowners! My wife will continue to wait for her call back...she is not going to call a company when she continuously gets their voicemail. And if I may add, you should at least TRY to meet the customer's expectations, instead of arguing with them on a public website that other potential customers will be looking at. (Especially with poor grammar and punctuation.) Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern ;
Our company has been in constant contact with this customerHe and his wife however, may not be communicating with each otherWe HAVE sent someone out there twice, actuallyWhat the homeowner failed tomention is that the weather there has been
horrible this winterWith 80+ mph winds and blizzard like conditions, we have been unable to replace shingles on the roof, for obvious safety reason Our craftsmanship warranty does NOT cover high winds, tornadoes, hail, or any other act of natureThis should be a insurance claim for them again, BUT, we are going out there to just help them outOur manager has talked to them 3-times this week alone, so this claim is ABSOLUTELY false, and I believe that maybe the husband and wife should maybe talk to each other about things because we've talked to them both constantly
Best Regards,

The roof was repaired. I have attached a copy of the warranty they agreed to. "50 MPH winds" are considered "excessive" and are not covered under our craftsmanship warranty. We tried to once again, help this customer, but nothing we did was enough. I, PERSONALLY, have tried calling Mr. Andrew, with no return phone call. Also, in regards to the insurance companies and/or the customers accusation to my company being "Storm Chasers", I shall address that too. I am a HONORABLY discharged United States Navy Veteran. It is my believe that since I SERVED my country, than that allows me to open offices in states that I desire to do business in, furthermore, any American has the same rights. Not just [redacted]. I consider this matter resolved, but, if there is anything further I can do, please, by all means, contact me directly. Thank you for your business.
