They continuously contact me regarding a debt of $that belongs to someone elseThey have started to threaten me with legal action I have been contacted by multiple people at Shining Stars Daycare regarding my ex wife [redacted] The most recent contact was made with a [redacted] She searched me down on facebook and proceeded to attempt to collect money from me that belongs to my ex wifeThey have contacted me at work and over my cell phone regarding this same debt over the past year or Each time, I explain to them that this is not my debtI have not signed any contracts with them and know nothing about any agreements they have between them and my ex wife, [redacted] My ex wife and I have been separated since and our divorce was finalized in which is well prior to this delinquent amount so it would not be considered a shared debt I attempted to explain this to them over and over but they refuse to listen to me This most recent contact was over Facebook
