Review: I am a grandmother of 2 girls that attend this daycare and had to call them since my daughter had been trying to deal with them and had become very distraught. I explained to the person that answered the phone who I was and that my daughter was concerned since the girls were not allowed to go to daycare last week. 1st they said it was because the state payment (she gets child care assistance) did not go through, then another and when she called to see where the payment was the state told her that they send it out every 2 weeks and that they know that, that is how it has always been. When my daughter called back they then said they couldn't come in due to the copay not being paid. My daughter had been asking for a copy of what she owed for almost a month. She then asked for payment arrangements since she knows another family that goes there that they have worked with and made arrangements with. She told my daughter that she didn't what she was talking about but told me when I called that the other family did not have an arrangement and they owe over $800 and not allowed to come back either (thought that VERY unprofessional giving other family's info out). I had to watch my granddaughters all last week while my daughter worked 330PM-Mid and now they are telling her the girls can't come back next week either. I am disabled and it is very physically and mentally draining on me to watch them for long periods of time which is why she has daycare to begin with. She has no one else to watch them, she would lose her job and being a single parent that would also cause her and her children to be homeless/carless/foodless. Just felt this daycare is more about money than children. She is willing to make arrangements for the $500+owing but they said they kids can't come back until paid in full. My daughter has made arrangements with other daycares without a problem.Desired Settlement: To show some compassion and let her make arrangements to pay. I have never had a bill where there were NO arrangements ever to be made...phone, cable, utilities can be worked out A little empathy goes a long way, can be a bit more polite on the phone and more caring....these are families and children they are dealing with.
