Like the review before me this office is absolute the worst after handling my case fro 1 year 6 months they notified me to stop representing us after I have detailed information on our case, the attorney Joseph lied about the situation, the attorney Melissa got hostile over the phone when I was reporting problems with attorney Joseph, and their office manager Anne Thompson would get upset toward me when I ask the office for a appt with one of their attorneys, this is very unprofessional, unethical way to do business this way, drop our case for no apparent good reasons, dropped us for asking too many questions about our own case, and pointing out to them their mistake! after 1 year 6 months, they left us out in the cold, please please do not hire this Very Very! Unethical Unprofessional law office, thank you.

Review: This law firm is representing me, along others, in a class lawsuit against a home builder (McMillan Homes). A representative from this company ([redacted]) came to my house on July 9th (left no business card), and returned16th 2014 in Hanford ([redacted]) and demanded to come in the house without prior authorization. The tenant that is living there was not aware of this inspection and was not about to let the representative in with another person to inspect the house at that time. [redacted] was rude to the tenant teenager who answered the door and kept she kept demanding to go inside the house. Later in the same day this representative also texted my tenant (who was worried about her children in the house at that time) with a reply that she will "watch over the children" so she can still come in to inspect the house. At this time my tenant was really upset because this representative kept demanding to get inside the house without prior authorization from me. This company did not contact me regarding wanting authorization to go inside the house, and when I confronted them after so many messages from those tenants I contacted this company by phone and they stated they contacted me before BUT they did not or else none of this would of happened. The person that I contacted at their corporate office ([redacted] or [redacted]) told me that there would be a chance of my name be dropped from the class lawsuit because the representative at that time was not allowed to inspect the house. I have found out at that time from him that July 9th was the last day to inspect my house. At this time I told him that the company did not contact me by email, text, or phone.I am sure the representative was trying to do her job but without prior authorization to go inside my house this representative became antagonistic toward my tenants in order to accomplish her task at hand. I do not appreciate the way this developed and the way it ended. I also tried to resolve this by email with this company but my email was not answerDesired Settlement: I want of this company to make a formal apology to my tenants. That is all I require!
