I have called the solar to have them come out and make sure it is working since the middle of dec. They have made 2 app to come but never showed. I had a new heater put in with blue dot. Blue dot thinks the solar is blowing the pental board we have fried 5 of them in the heater. till we shut the power off to solar. we have had no problem since we turned solar off. with the heater. We had a electrician tell us the wiring looks monkey rigged [not professional.] that the solar people put in.
The HVAC company explained to us that the inside electrical panel issues were present prior to the HVAC installation, which was prior to the Solar installation. Our technicians worked on the exterior electrical box and never entered the home. The issue turns out to be a sub-standard grounding in the electrical box inside the home. WE have agreed to take care of the problem, properly ground the box within the home and solve the HVAC and Solar issues. This is above and beyond our responsibility but feel it is necessary to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Customer has agreed to this solution and all parties seem satisfied to the best of our knowledge.
