Shiny Carpet Cleaning

Review: I purchased a [redacted] voucher that they mark redeemed for an unconfirmed appointment. I was moving and trying to get my carpets in my apartment cleaned, I called and there was an opening for the next day, however my voucher was not where I thought it was so I told him I would call him back. He said my appointment would not be confirmed without voucher number-I got back to moving and didnt call back that day. It was reiterated to me that I had no appopintment without that voucher number.

the next day a worker called and said he was 30 minutes from my house--I replied I am at work and besides I never confirmed for today because I could not find my voucher. He informed me there would be a $25 cancellation fee, Really for an appointment I never had??? and to add insult to injury they contacted [redacted] and marked my voucher as REDEEMED and I had no service. If there policy was $25 for a cancellation fee if I had an appointment they did not even honor that instead they took the value of my entire voucher and I received no service.Desired Settlement: Refund my voucher amount since there was no service provided.
