We understand the customers disappointed about the vehicle, we offer every customer powertrain warranty, non-of those warranty company will not cover small parts, for example ball joint or brake pad, those are normal wear parts, there is no information what type of vehicle who bought the vehicle so...

Review: I bought my vehicle in March 2014. I had to replace the brakes within a month of the purchase. It was making a grinding noise that was extremely loud. In October the right front wheel almost fell off while driving to work. I have been unable to drive it since. A certified mechanic look at it and said that most of the front end is rusted through. The right front ball joint looks like someone was going to fix it but broke it off and never fixed it. I was driving a dangerous car to be on the road.Desired Settlement: Not a full refund but a partial.

Review: Defendant owns and operates a business not in accordance with Pennsylvania State Laws. Defendant does NOT possess a valid Pennsylvania Sales Persons License to sell vehicles and has NEVER had a valid Pennsylvania State License to sell vehicles, conducting business at Shiny Cars.
Defendant sold me a vehicle which was not road worthy and took money for a warranty that was never filed. Defendant failed to provide me any bill of sale.
Defendant committed an act of fraud in falsifying title documentation stating he worked for [redacted] which upon contact stated he had not worked there for almost a year prior and had nothing to do with the sale of my vehicle that I purchased at Shiny Cars.
Defendant refused to mediate and resolve this matter.
Defendant should be barred access to sell vehicles not only in the Commonwealth, but the United States indefinitely! Consumer complaint is also filed with the Attorney Generals office.Desired Settlement: Payment of $3,416.73 or appropriate litigation will commence.
