Shiny's Car Bath

Wheels on vehicle were damaged by chemical that was sprayed on by worker at Car Wash.On 7/11/2015 went through automatic car wash to have car sprayed off. There were three people at the car wash working/one talking to a [redacted] Police Officer that was in a marked [redacted] Police vehicle. I pulled into the car wash and a female sprayed something on my wheels that damaged them. She did not ask me if I wanted my wheels sprayed, she just sprayed all of them. After I left the car wash and got home I noticed that all 4 of my wheels were damaged. I spoke to Lt. [redacted] at [redacted] PD who said that Det. [redacted] runs the car wash when he is off and his family/kids help him. He stated that his kids do spray people's wheels when they come to the car wash. He said that Det.[redacted] was not in and he would have him call me. I left two messages for him to call me and he did not. I finally got in touch with him and he said I would have to talk to the owner. He told me the owner was [redacted]. I have left two messages for Mr. [redacted] to call me back and one with his secretary. The number comes back to Forest Property's, 201 Pomona Drive, Suite [redacted]. As of 7/27/2015 Mr. [redacted] has not called me back. Desired SettlementI am having the wheels repaired due it is cheaper to repair them than to replace them, but I am having to take the tires off the wheels and travel two hours from where I live to have them repaired. I would like for the owner to take care of my repair bill.
