This business does a switch, tells you what they going to install then switches to something of lesser value. I ordered counter tops and sink. The sink, the original sink had an extra faucet, the one they install did not. Ordered a one piece counter top they said a three piece would be better. They said that it look just as good. so I went with it. They took measurements and pictures of the old counter top.so that the new counter top would match. The new counter top does not alien up with the other piece, I had a 4" back splash they installed a 3" backsplash leaving a groove in the wall the length of the old counter top. In which they would not replace or fix. My mistake was that I paid then in full before the job was done.

Hello, I recently built a house using Shiocton Lumber Company as my supplier, this turned out to be the worst decision I have yet made in my house building career. The person that runs the company [redacted] has been shorting my workers on every material. He as consistently more than 15% off on all of my orders. Not only does he short the my builders on every supply, but he also never owns up to it. The quality of his products are greater than Menards, but still not nearly as good as any other supplier I have went with in my 19 years of building houses. I would avoid [redacted] initial "percentage off final price line" and go with a quality builder that is willing to give you the shirt of their back to keep your business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.
