Ship It Apo

Ongoing issue that started when I was overcharged around $40 for a relatively small package! After trying to blame me for everything, I submitted a video showing the dimensions that were PRINTED on the box! Eventually I received a refund. But that is just the beginning of the sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional emails that followed! Last one even flat out called me an as[censored]! All because I proved they knowingly overcharged me! THEY did NOT enter the wrong dimensions on their USPS account, just what they charged me.

Ive been a member of ShipitAPO for almost two years. Most of the time I don't need them but when I do, they have been a huge help!

Stay away from ship it apo. They are the worst company I have run into in all my years. We are a military family living overseas and we're really excited to find a company that can forward some thing we thought we would not be able to get. Very first time I used the company I ran into a problem. I emailed they for over a week with no response. When they finally responded I could not believe how rude and disrespectful they were. They still offered no solution to any of my issues and continued to respond with rude comments.

During COVID-19 season, I understand that it is good to limit the number of personnel in your work areas to help prevent the spread. This does not mean that you constantly ignore your customer's numerous emails and phone calls. I tried multiple times to have them change the address for two of my orders to a new address and without them even responding to any emails and telling me on the phone, "it will take a few days to process but we can change the address", they went ahead and shipped it to the wrong address.

Horrible customer service, horrible pricing, horrible company.
