Dear [redacted] I fail to see why you are complaining to Revdex.com as it is common sense that if you do not have Marine Insurance with us we cannot make a claim on your behalfThe Military have their own Insurance as explained and that is who you should make a claim to If you were driving on the roads and someone bumped your car you would report this to your Insurance company and they would handle the situation accordinglyThis is what you must do and if they think it would b correct to liase with our terminals insurance company, then they will We do have your inspection report of the condition of your vehicle when it arrived at our terminal and they can get a copy of the pre existing condition of the vehicle Sincerely Ship Overseas, Inc

The customer corresponded with us directly and we sorted out the problem and gave him a $for his inconvenienceThe reason for the problem was the delay in the US mail delivering our payment to the shipping line , who refused to re;ease the vehicle until the payment was receivedThis has now been sorted out , the customer received their discount and he has his vehicle [redacted]

The details of this matter are as follows:Complaint Billing or Collection Issues Customer’s Statement of the Problem:I had a truck and personal items shipped internationally, using Ship OverseasI contacted them regarding additional costs charged due to misinformation on the arrival date by which I was charged for storage at euro, per day, for the first days and subsequently euro, per day, for the remaining days from July 20, - Aug 18, I also reached out to them regarding a brand new expensive hand bag that was stolen from the top of one of the shipped binsI packed all of my bins personally and I watched the shippers wrap them in heavy plastic before placing them on a palletWhen I went to pick my things up, the plastic was missing, the bins were dusty, disheveled and some were brokenI tried contacting the company by text, email and phone to determine how to get a refund for the storage and place a claim for my handbag, since I had purchased the shipping insuranceI have not heard back after waiting approximately one week and following up.,Complaint Product/Service: Overseas ShippingPurchase Date: 7/20/2015Problem Occurred: 8/3/2015Model:Account Number: [redacted] Order Number: [redacted] Talked to Company: 8/3/2015Talked to Company (2nd): 8/24/2015Talked to Company (3rd): 9/4/2015Name of Salesperson: Purchase Price: $6648.66Disputed Amount: $Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the first days at euro per day, upon which I do not believe my items were arrived and an additional days for which after July 27th when my things were to arrive, I was not contacted, but the company allowed time to accumulateI would also like to be compensated for my stolen handbagThe total refund requested, is below and includes current exchange rates and depreciation for the handbag$________________________________________________________________________... Sir I am away in South Africa at the moment so I am unable to p***uce the picture sent by you and the picture of the actual truck we were suppossed to loadHowever you found another trucker to tke the vehicle to the port and even called [redacted] to advise him that you would be delivering on the last FridayOf course you tried to deliver but did not follow the instructionsWhy are you denying this ? I shipped a vehicle from Georgia to Germany with Ship Overseas. The experience was poor; here are the abbreviated facts. 1. Ship Overseas didn’t pick the vehicle up on the prearranged time window, resulting in me having to leave it with a third party for pick up. 2. Ship Overseas told the third party they would pick it up at a certain time, they failed to show again- twice more. 3. When they failed the pickup they tried to blame it on the third party, saying he wasn't there, which was a lie. The truth was that the truck never showed up- twice, which I confirmed with Ship Overseas’ sub-contracted trucking company. 4. The coordination with the European shipping agent was a mess. No one knew what was going on and it caused me to have to act as an intermediary between ship overseas and the European shipping agent; causing me a great deal of stress while I accomplished Ship Overseas' job. 5. When they attempted to return my title, they sent it to the wrong address. When I made them aware of this they suggested I contact FedEx to correct the error they made. When I insisted they fix their failure, they said that they would, and then reported that everything was fixed. However the online FedEx tracking showed that they had done nothing. So I called FedEx myself and they stated that no one had made any corrections to the incorrect address, so I did it myself. 6. Throughout the process the agents from Ship Overseas were either rude, absent, or didn’t respond to my emails/ pleas for help for days at a time.
