Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] My complaint has nothing to do with them being behind due to taking over for another businessMy complaint is due to the staff not helping at all, being rude, and doing nothing at all to help me find out where my mattress was or when I might receive itNot once did they call me to update me or set up a deliveryIt took me calling [redacted] a couple times and them to call Ship-rite in order for me to find out the mattress was actually at the warehouse and I had to send one of my own box trucks into their business to pick up my freight since they could not seem to deliver it in a reasonable time frame from when they received itRegards, [redacted]

Ship-Right was contacted at the end of October to provide a delivery service for their productsPreviously, [redacted] was working with other fulfillment companies who were taking or more weeks to deliver product and providing poor service to [redacted] 's customersDue to this [redacted] reached out to us and asked us to work with them In taking over for the previous fulfillment companies we have run into quite a few incidents where the old fulfillment company made an appointment with the customer and then failed to deliver We are now reaching out to those customers and delivering the product they should have received weeks ago Since the customer is unaware of the transition there have been several complaints made on Ship-Right about not meeting delivery times Please note that those delivery failures were not due to Ship-Right, but to the previous fulfillment companies that [redacted] was working withWe apologize for any inconvenience or frusteration [redacted] Customers are feeling, however, we are cleaning up the back log for the previous two fulfillment companies that failed to meet [redacted] 's delivery standardsPlease know that we are being watched by [redacted] and they have given us the highest marks possible for meeting the delivery standards and times We have done well by them in cleaning up the backlog that they have asked us to take over delivery for Concord, New Hampshire

Ship-Right Solutions is a 3rd party fulfillment company We ship products for over different companiesOur clients send us a list of customers they have sold product to and we ship the product on their behalf Can you please supply me with the name of the product that you purchased so I can put you in touch with their customer service department We ship several different hair care products for three or four different clientsWe would like to see this resolved and you happy

so I can put you in touch with their customer service department.   We ship several different hair care products for three or four different clients. We would like to see this resolved and you happy.

My complaint has nothing to do with them being behind due to taking over for another business. My complaint is due to the staff not helping at all, being rude, and doing nothing at all to help me find out where my mattress was or when I might receive it.
