I hired the company for lawn maintenance in spring.After a month my lawn was full of weeds, call them talk with the lady in charge and she told me that I have to wait another 2 weeks( in top of those 3 weeks that past) for the weed killer to kick in..Now my lawn it has 3/4 crab grass,only a portion has left the original grass.They destroyed my lawn.At the middle of August I clean the beds over the weekend, as they were full of weeds and look terrible.After a few days 2 people show up on my property and look around with a black garbage bag in their hands for a few minutes for weeds,but of course no weeds were, as I cleane.Then they use the hose to make I guess some weed killer that they spray on my beds.They go in the truck and sat for 30 min and then left. It looked suspicious , so I called the company,told the person what happened and he told me to call later,as the owner are at lunch.That day I coudn t call anymore, as I left and be busy, but I called next day and talked with the lady that is in charge with customers complaints.I told her I will pay for the weed killer that I saw that they did spray on my beds, but not the cleaning which I DID. They still sent me a bill for "cleaning the weeds" 160.50.I called again and asked her to take it out, but she say to pay without that amount for cleaning, but I said that correct is for them to send me a clean bill. I also fired them. She told me that"[redacted]" will not take it out from the bill..I said that if they want me to pay the bill, they have to send me a bill without that charge on.And they did send me a new bill,with the charge on, plus finance charge and a note that if I don't pay it by the end of the month they will send it to collection..Desired Settlement: The company needs to correct the bill taking out the charges for the services they didn't provide.

It was nice, " in a good world" to have them fix back my lawn, to get rid the crab grass for which I have to pay another company to do it, out of my pocket. But I will be happy at least if they don't charge me for something that I did ..

All matters contained in the complaint are addressed in our contract that the complainant signed for. Furthermore she signed for the weeding and did not cancel prior to our arrival. She was charged the standard charge of 1 crew hour (3 men @$35/man hour = $105) plus materials of $40 and tax. The absolute minimum that we charge just to show up would have been $70 in labor alone. In essence, she was only charged $35 more than our minimum. We are sorry that she does not like our rates, but she did sign for them. In the spirit of compromise, we will agree to split the $160 invoice in half ($80), if she agrees to pay her account in full prior to September 30th, 2015.[redacted]
