Ship Smart was recommended to my by a large van line mover who thought it would offer significant savings for meI personally had a terrible experience with this companyMy items were picked up two weeks prior to my moveThe quote given to me over the phone did offer considerable savings compared to the large van line, however by the time they called to confirm the final charges (one day prior to my cross-country move) the rate went from $to $I did eventually get the charges down to $2500, but they did not let me know that in addition to curbside delivery their packaging would be so large it would not fit in a standard size garage and I would need tools (hammers, pliers, huge box cutters) to actually get to my belongings, which I had packed myself in boxes I could easily manageBy the time I paid for help to get my belongings out of their boxes and into my apartment I would have been better off going with a large van line that would have offered superior service and stuck with their estimated costs

plus $storage fee for each day go by without paying the total amount This is just to get their driver to start the delivery They took me as their hostage by leaving me no choice which I felt this is a scam that needs to be stopped NEVER AGAIN with Shipsmart.com which I felt should be called OUTSMART.com (scam)

I highly recommend Ship Smart. I called and set up the move. Customer service kept me updated as to what was happening with the shipment. Reasonably priced for my shipment coming all the way from Colorado to Delaware. Fast as they could move it they did and did a great job doing it.
