Hello, The reason the account was closed was due to fraudulent activity that was detected in our system The client has quiet a few packages purchased in other names other than his name which is [redacted] , and we asked for verification of each person with form of IDEach of the additional names we asked to have verified were [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] which he failed to verifyFor some names he sent an Id's which were deemed as modified IDs by our Middle Eastern specialistWe asked for verification of additional names to ensure the item was purchased legitimately and was authorized by the person who is on the packageThe client failed to do so and by sending fake IDs we have the right to close the accountAll packages can be claimed by the merchants and we have let the client know about this but we have yet to receive any information from the merchants asking for the packages back In addition the IP location for the card did not match the account owner country, which is why we insisted he verify as well Lastly, the client is shipping to an address which has been blacklisted in our system due to fraud.There were more than one red flags on this account which is why we had to close it

The client will have their purchases shipped to our facilities and then schedule the shipments to go out to the address of their choice, using the shipping method of their choice as well.The client...

appears to have complained about not receiving a package with incoming tracking [redacted], which was delivered at our Oregon facility and entered into the account on November 22, 2016. The client then asked us to ship it out to, [redacted]
**using Fedex Home Delivery on that same day. A few hours later we shipped the item for the client using that method with the outgoing tracking number of [redacted],if you check the tracking information you will see the package was delivered on November 28th. https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=[redacted]The client claims to have not received the package however we don't have any records of him reaching out to us about this package missing.If you have any questions please let us know.

The client has had a claim open for the missing package since 1/13/2017 and has been reimbursed for the missing package to his Shipito account balance. Per our terms claims processing can take about 30  business days.
 
Unfortunately, this package seems to have been misplaced in...

the warehouse but the appropriate compensation has been given.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Meanwhile their service is horrible it s taking them months to answer I will never use their services. And by the way I made another order with them which I never received .

names we asked to have verified were [redacted], and [redacted] which he failed to verify. For some names he sent an Id's which were deemed as modified IDs by our Middle Eastern specialist. We asked for verification of additional names to ensure the item was purchased legitimately and was authorized by the person who is on the package. The client failed to do so and by sending fake IDs we have the right to close the account. All packages can be claimed by the merchants and we have let the client know about this but we have yet to receive any information from the merchants asking for the packages back.
