just came back from Korea for a business and was out of state since november til yesterdayi have received a complaint letter from you guys regarding Ms*** * ***Her story isnt entirely trueOur store policy says it all, I will send you a copy of our store policy by today and here is our storyShe called on November 28, saying the hair tangled and she needed to changedSo we told her to bring all the hair with a package and a receipt so that we can forward it to the manufacturer for us to get a fair exchange as well, but she denied it and she said she'll bring a little piece of hairWe told her we wont be able to do that, because we wont know who's hair or what hair it isIf you bring a piece of hair no one will accept it, and with no receipt its even worseOur policy states that all wigs are final, NO exchange / return on hairpiecesAnyway we were acutally going to help her to satisfy her needs, but she did not want to cooperate with us so there is nothing we can dohere are the store policy for your reviewAll we asked her was to bring the product back with a package and a receipt and we will kindly exchange it for her, if it was a defect she needs to contact the manufacturer but we were going to do that for her and give her a new product.%

I contacted Kings Beauty on 11/28/2014 and offered to bring the half pack from two packs that were left over, but they insisted that I take all out of my hair that cost me on 11/12/2014, as follows, $20.00 to remove previous weave, $140 to have new hair sewed in ,plus cost of hair $170.38 minus $6.00 for lip gloss .
