Shipmonk a company of BEDABOX is withholding my inventory as retaliation for filing a dispute with my credit card company and charging me for it.
First of all I began to check where all of my money was going and founf that I had been overcharged three times by ShipMonk (division of bedabox). I called to resolve and the representative said that she would investigate and call me back. Time went by no call. I called again and the next representative said they would call me back. No call. The third representative tells me that no nottations were put on my account about the overcharges. And basically no one ever investigated but just wassted time so that I could keep getting charged. I finally email someone in support they told me that I overcharged myself and I gave them the money and there was nothing that they could do. Not to mention I had also been calling from the beginning to cancel my account when I spoke to the other three representatives. The support person *** tells me that in order to cancel I would have to sign a contract saying that I would forget about the overcharges pay the last fee to zero out and then I could cancel. I did not want to sign. That was a stronghold to try and get me to forgive the overcharges to cancel which is not fair or ethical. Then *** says if I pay the last fees and shipping that I could receive my inventory. I did just that. However, I also made some disputes with my bank about the overcharges. Shipmonk decides to withold my inventory out of retaliation for filing a disputes with my bank. *** told me either to remove the disputes or have to pay another month of service AGAIN even after I had already zeroed out! My inventory is held hostage with this company. Unethical, unprofessional, and criminal

Desired Outcome

I want the four extra charges off of my bill. I do not owe Shipmonk those monies. I also want all of my inventory shipped to me free of charge for this inconvienence.

Account requested to close and mentioned that they had been "overcharged" by ShipMonk. I reviewed their billing with them and explained monthly minimums and storage as well as auto-replenishment and outlined how to submit an order for closeout. We offered to wave final minimum for signed closing account agreement, which the account balked at.

The directions outlined were not followed for closing the account. I provided the account weight and dimensions but no response was provided. The account reached asking on a separate thread why the account had yet to be closed.

I provided additional feedback and referred her to the original thread and instructions. She threatened legal action and said that we were holding inventory for ransom. At the same time Accounting notified me that she had disputed charges for services rendered.

I followed up saying that her two options were to sign the contract so we can wave a minimum, drop disputes for services rendered, select a shipping service so we could open invoice, make payment, and ship goods or not sign contract, drop disputes for services rendered, select a shipping service so we could open invoice, make payment, and ship goods.

She said that both were unacceptable and reiterated that we were holding inventory ransom. I reviewed section 8.7 of the Terms of Service and explained a Warehouseman's Lien and BCCed our lawyer.

ShipMonk only explained that their billing is automated and therefore does not make any mistakes. I explained to ShipMonk that my orders have been very few in between and no way that I would authorize payment for that much of an excess of amount of money for no reason. Which also not to mention the money that they claim is supposed to roll over each month due to no order volume did not roll over. I was overcharged 3 times at the time of the original dispute. Now ShipMonk is claiming that I owe them $750.27! They are tacking on fees at their will. The contract that they offered was to drop the disputes in order to cancel my account. It is their policy that I can cancel at anytime that I wish. But since I had a problem with the overcharging they want to hold my account status and inventory hostage. I decided not to sign the contract and pay an extra month that they said I owed and I paid for my inventory to be shipped to me. ShipMonk was ok with that initially. I had waited for my inventory for a while and when I checked. *** told me that they decided to hold it because I disputed it with my bank! Which it is within my right to do! As a small business owner I do not have auxiliary money to give away freely and I had already tried to settle it with ShipMonk. Now shipmonk says they won't cancel my account or send me my inventory unless I drop all disputes! Which makes no sense because they were over paid! I am the one who is out of money. Also ShipMo k tried to give me an excuse that they did not ship my inventory because I did not pay shipping. When I most certainly did and even gave in to paying the last month of service. This company is bullying small businesses like mine out of extra money. Their warehouse lien they claim they have is invalid based on the circumstances. You can see how I paid them and canceled orders to close my account. I also paid 47 dollars for shipping of my inventory.

I placed an order with the company, never received confirmation, was ignored through all email attempts. Still have no idea where the item is
I placed an order for one Beard King Bib and right after I entered my credit card info a screen popped up saying that I would receive a confirmation email within the next day. It has been 3 weeks today and I have still not received a confirmation email. I have tried sending the company 3 emails and 3 live chat sessions, all of which have been ignored. This is extremely frustrating since I needed the item for a birthday gift and now I have no idea where it is or when it is set to arrive. There is no contact number at all or a customer service email to help. I spent about $60 and since I have still not heard from them I am going to have to submit CC fraud with my bank if I do not hear something from this company within the next 2 days. This is a ridiculous amount of time and effort I am having to put in to get a response from this company. Especially since it was seen on shark tank and backed by them. I would advise everyone not to shop here unless you get a proper confirmation email and a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like my confirmation email FINALLY sent to me, as well as have a real person call me and explain why the *** I have been left in the dark for 3 weeks.

Chargeback was filed my the buyer on: 08/06/2017 - Chargeback amount: 1207.45 which includes chargeback fees.

After merchant services at chase tried to dispute the chargeback they declared that the credit card copany used declined the chargeback. Since the betaBox was the freight forwarding company and item was delivered to them with adult signature, I now request for them to step in and provide reimbursement since the client been using their services for purchase and delivery.

Desired Outcome

Request for betaBox to step in and provide reimbursement since the client been using their services for purchase and delivery. Reimbursement amount: $1207.45 I have provided all the claim information, including USPS Express Mail tracking information and purchase information to BetaBox for action via email!

Thank you for this message.

The package was shipped out of our warehouse on November 15th 2016 with USPS Priority Mail as customer requested. Customer did not buy the insurance, that is why there is only $100 liability from USPS when the package is lost by the carrier during the transportation. We did submit the claim and it was approved. We refunded $100 to our customer's BedaBox wallet in his/her account. In case he/she wants the money to be refunded to his/her credit card, that is not a problem, I am going ahead and issuing the refund right now.

Where is 15.30 usd ?

they lost my many items and packages.
they do not ship your items. and will tell you : it is post problem ! not me ! and do not refund you any money.
they hard me about 1000 usd,
and for my last package they did not refund my money about 113 usd.
they have many mistakes for packing and shipping and ....
I sent about 100 emails to them ! buy they did not answer !
they are a big SCAMMER.
