At this time, I have been contacted directly by Shipping Quest regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

After submission of my complaint to the Revdex.com, Shipping Quest did send me a response including all six pages of the
insurance documentation However, the coverage dates on the documentation compared against the dates where Shipping Quest was in possession of my items did not align When I asked them about the discrepancy, the summation of their response was "you wanted insurance, so we provided it to you" This message ended with "we have communicated enough on this matter and we will no longer respond to you" I have outstanding questions regarding why the dates are wrong, was this the correct insurance information, etc This type of behavior from this company caused me to have my items shipped back to their original destination because I did not trust that this company was able to send my items to their destination without damage.I still have kept all written communication between Shipping Quest and me Thanks
